How To: Void an e-check

If a client requests that you void an e-check before the cut-off time, you can delete before it settles.
  1. On the Global Gateway, go to Processing>Deposits>Review E-Checks.
  2. Search for the check by Client and Posting Date.
  3. Find the corresponding Amount, DDA #, Transit #, etc.
  4. View Details.
  5. Create a ticket! Copy all the details into the ticket before you delete it.
  6. Click Delete. This CANNOT be undone.
