Problem: Locked batch, cannot verify

Problem:
 
Client using Premiere has a batch they cannot deposit, because they cannot get it out of the verification step.
 
Solution:
  1. Open Premiere, click on Tools, and select View Work in Progress.
  2. Select the Awaiting Verification tab at the top. The batch should be listed, but if not, check other tabs for it.
  3. Once you have located the batch, the status should say locked. Right-click and select unlock batch.
  4. Once the batch is unlocked, exit the View Work in Progress menu and re-verify the batch. The batch should now be able to be deposited.
