Problem:
Client using Premiere has a batch they cannot deposit, because they cannot get it out of the verification step.
Solution:
- Open Premiere, click on Tools, and select View Work in Progress.
- Select the Awaiting Verification tab at the top. The batch should be listed, but if not, check other tabs for it.
- Once you have located the batch, the status should say locked. Right-click and select unlock batch.
- Once the batch is unlocked, exit the View Work in Progress menu and re-verify the batch. The batch should now be able to be deposited.
