If a client requests that you void an e-check before the cut-off time, you can delete before it settles.
- On the Global Gateway, go to Processing>Deposits>Review E-Checks.
- Search for the check by Client and Posting Date.
- Find the corresponding Amount, DDA #, Transit #, etc.
- View Details.
- Create a ticket! Copy all the details into the ticket before you delete it.
- Click Delete. This CANNOT be undone.
