How To: Resend a stuck deposit

If a client hits their deposit limit, every batch over the limit will be rejected.
  1. On the Micro Gateway go to Internal>Deposits.
  2. Enter in the Deposit Number or Client ID and click Find Deposits.
  3. Click on the blue icon with an arrow to Re-send items to Gateway.
  4. Create a ticket!
