Problem:
When you try to scan an image to create a stub or run a batch, you click Scan an Image or Run Documents and nothing happens.
Solution:
- USB cord could be bad and need to be replaced.
- For the Canon CR-50, the wrong driver could be installed. If you have two pieces to the driver (Ranger + Ranger plug-in), you will need to uninstall both, then go to the Silver Bullet website and download/install the right driver. It should only be one file.
