Problem:
When trying to run Premiere, an SA password prompt comes up.
Summary:
This occurs when the application is unable to connect to the SQL Server Database. Premiere must be connected to a database to run.
Solution:
Verify you are pointed to the correct server by going to Start>Programs>ACHeck21>Configuration>Setup Wizard.
Answer the prompts until the request to designate database path appears. Verify that the correct server is displayed and select Test.
The prompt for SA password should NOT occur. If it does, the client needs to contact their IT department to verify the correct server is used.
