There are several reasons a transaction may not be uploading:
- All files must be in ASCII character set. Unicode will be rejected!
- Drop-Dead Time: Due to the requirements of the processing systems, there is a drop-dead time for transaction uploads. Transactions received before the drop-dead time will be processed into the ACH system on the business day received. Those received after the drop-dead time will be processed the next business day. The actual drop dead time depends on the bank through which a customer's transactions are processed, and can be determined by contacting ACHeck21 customer service at 866-632-5415.
